We provide creative tools, AI-assisted workflows, editing experiences, educational content, and creator resources designed to make creating easier and more enjoyable.

Eligibility

Your Account

You are responsible for:

You retain ownership of everything you create inside Selfie Bestie.

This includes:

Spark Of Edge does not claim ownership of your creative work.

License

You grant Spark Of Edge a limited license only to:

• store your content

• synchronize your projects

• process AI features you request

• display your content back to you

• provide the services of Selfie Bestie

This license ends when your content is deleted, except where limited backup retention is required for operational or legal reasons.

AI Features

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate:

• captions

• scripts

• creative ideas

• recommendations

• planning assistance

AI suggestions are intended as creative assistance.

You remain responsible for reviewing and publishing your own work.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• violate laws

• infringe copyrights

• upload malicious software

• impersonate others

• interfere with the Service

• abuse community features

• harass other users

Community

If community features are available, you remain responsible for everything you publish.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Availability

We work hard to keep Selfie Bestie available.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and may occasionally perform maintenance or updates.

Selfie Bestie may integrate with services including:

Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

Intellectual Property

The Selfie Bestie application, branding, logos, designs, illustrations, interface, and software are owned by Spark Of Edge unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not grant ownership of the app itself.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer

Selfie Bestie is provided "as is."

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spark Of Edge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Selfie Bestie.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Selfie Bestie evolves.

Material changes will be communicated where legally required.
