If you choose to stop using Selfie Bestie, you may request deletion of your account and personal information.
Delete from the App
If available, you can delete your account directly from:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and associated data, subject to limited backup retention and legal obligations.
Request Deletion
If you cannot access your account, email:

your account email address
your display name (if known)
We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.
What Gets Deleted
When your request is processed, we will delete or anonymize, where appropriate:
account information
profile
creative projects
photos
videos
captions
scripts
XP and Sparks history
personalization data
drafts
saved preferences
What May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required:
fraud prevention
security
backup recovery
legal compliance
Such information will not be used for marketing purposes.
Processing Time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
Third-Party Services
Deleting your Selfie Bestie account does not automatically delete information held by third-party authentication providers such as Google or Facebook.
Those accounts remain subject to the respective provider's policies.
