wHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Spark Of Edge(SOE) HQ resides in Ottawa, Canada. Not only is it Canada’s Capital, but it's said to be one of the most reliable and trusted cities in America and we couldn't agree more!

How do you take your photos?

Cindy, SOE Founder, CEO and Creative Producer uses a Sony a7RIV / Nikon d5100, with a mixture of lenses including the Nikon 50mm f/1.4 and Nikon 35mm f/1.8. We also use K&F Concept 3-section tripod for portraits and videos. For lightning, we use Neewer Bicolor, but we prefer natural light. We occasionally use the Samsung A5 for images! Do you collaborate with brands?

wHAT DOES THE NAME ‘ SPARK OF EDGE’ MEAN?

Unity. Spark Of Edge is a yin-yang duality word. Spark Your Light Beyond Your Shadow Edge. Faith over hate. Love over fear. Light over Dark. Ignite warmth over icy limits. Inside Out Revolution. A collaboration between the spark and the edge brings us closer to greatness. Many meanings may come out based on who you are, find what it means to you.

It is born from a flame. The perspective of unity and being closer to the divine spark: the creative process from the angle of creation starts and ends with our Creator, honouring the ultimate light that came beyond us. Dare to ignite your spirit beyond challenging perspectives. Creative Impact starts with the relationship between ourselves(self-care) and our highest good(God) to transform and serve others. The combination of the words “Spark Of Edge” inspires us to be light explorers (curiosity initiators), capture in-between instants (embrace temporary moments) and spot our radars (strengths and risks in our space) to build a rich authentic creative gift from our hands. Darkness brings us closer to humanity, so how can we show up in a healthy mindful way? We know once the ride starts, we’re on the edge of our seats and it’s hard to stop. To fully enjoy the ride, you need to be well-equipped or else you may crash. ORDERS

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I make changes or cancel my online order?

Please contact us immediately via phone or email to cancel an order. Once the order has been sent to a shipping facility, we are not able to cancel it. Most orders start official processing within 20 minutes after they have been placed. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the return procedure.

wHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

If it’s a digital file, you will receive your order almost instantly. Allow few minutes for the system to contact you with the uploadable link via your email adress.

Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use Canada Post ground shipping for all orders. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days, unless Xpresspost was chosen at checkout. Orders shipped via Xpresspost will arrive in 1-3 business days. See Shipping Policy for details.

RETURNS

What is sparkofedge.com's Return Policy?

For your convenience, we accept online returns at Spark Of Edge. We gladly accept returns of UNUSED merchandise within 30 days of delivery. This excludes clearance items and digital products which may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is additional tax per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse.

Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received and that your refund has been issued. From this time, it takes up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card, debit card or PayPal account. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment.

Can I return merchandise to YOU?

Yes, we accept returns for online purchases at Spark Of Edge.

We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. This excludes clearance and digital items (such as lightroom presets) which may not be returned or exchanged. What is your policy on damaged items?

If you receive damage or defective items, please notify us immediately via email, DM chat or call 1-819-968-7689 and we will send you a return label. As soon as the item is received back a full refund will be issued. Take the merchandise in its original packaging and the packing slip from the shipping carton to the store. Online returns to stores will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit.

PROMOTION RULES

• Promotions do not apply to clearance items unless otherwise stated.

• Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts including price matching of any other retailer.

• Qualifying promotion amount applies to merchandise only, excluding sales tax and shipping and handling charges.

• Returns and exchanges are subject to Spark Of Edge's return policy.

• Offers are non-transferable.

• Spark Of Edge has the right to cancel any promotion at any time without notice.

• Free shipping cannot be used on clearance items.

• Free shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in Canada excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
