French Canadian Passionate Law Graduate Student shares all you need to know about The Future of the Black Lives Matter Movement

Our second guest interview is with Ruth Maniriho Bansoba. She’s a great friend of mine currently in Law studies at the University of Ottawa, aspiring for an inclusive future and freedom rights in Québec and all over Canada. She’s been previously published by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Radio Canada , sharing how she escaped from Congo with her family in the mid-90s. Arriving in Canada in 2001 and facing many injustices at a young age, she is on the verge of fulfilling her dream of becoming a lawyer. Her story inspired many and it particularly touched me when Black Lives Matter took a hit back in May 2020.

We couldn’t resist asking her a few questions on how she’s experiencing this pandemic and getting to learn more about her perspectives on the Black Lives Matter movement, the impact of racial injustice. We’ve had the opportunity to exchange a captivating Q&A to dive in and learn about her journey. Let’s start the video interview!
